If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily refund your item (excluding our print editions) within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders (only for customers based in France).
If goods are faulty, please email contact@immersionsurfmagazine stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. You will have to return the item and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage.
Immersion surf magazine ships worldwide. Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the shipping price. Delivery times vary based on location as we ship from France.
Delivery can take 1–2 weeks for orders within the European Union, or 4–5 weeks for international shipments depending on your location and local customs. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Immersion surf magazine cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.
