
¼ red cabbage
¼ white cabbage
1 handful of napa cabbage
2 organic mandarins
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 lime
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 handful of mint leaves
1 tbsp pistachios
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Finely chop the three cabbages. Marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge with the following mixture: the juice of 1 mandarin, the zest and juice of 1 lime, both oils and the cider vinegar. Separate the segments from the second mandarin.
Place the cabbage in a salad bowl with the mandarin pieces, pistachios, sesame seeds and mint leaves.
